Brian,

Thank you for your interest in 1566 Thayer Dr, Blue Bell. The property is currently being prepared for market and it should be available by the end of the month. A price will be advertised at that time and the listing will be syndicated to all major consumer real estate portals.

Let me know if I can be of additional assistance.

I think it is unconscionable to raise our School Taxes by more than 12% in light of the current poor economic conditions. No wonder there are so many homes up for sale!

How about a tax bailout instead, real estate has reduced in price, we need to ajust to reflect the downward turn on house prices.

Taxes need to be lowered to reflect. REFORM is needed

this analysis leaves out the effect of inflation. many people [including me] think that there is significant inflation in our future. if you look at what happened in the 1970's, you'll see that having a FIXED RATE mortgage was one of the most successful inflation hedges available. if you imagine for argument's sake, that all prices and wages are double what they are currently, you'll see that having a fixed rate mortgage at the older, uninflated price, lets you make a significant killing to offset possible losses elsewhere in your life, or to just let you make an enormous profit. [math left to the reader for homework]

I have a above ground pool with the Saltwater Generator that Intex makes. I think people should get pools for their relaxation benefits and not just for the value of their house. If you get an inexpensive AGP,then you can always take it down when you sell. The fun & peace of mind you get from a pool do not have a price.

I found out just how inaccurate Zillow.com is......My home shows up as a 3BR 2BTH 1 story home with 1138sq. ft. In actuality it is a 4BR 3BTH 2 story home with 2500 sq. ft....My neighbor's home shows as being over 3500 sq. ft. built in 1993.....In 1993 my neighbors home didn't exist. Get a professional appraiser for accuracy, use Zillow for fun!
